The certificate of compliance with the VDI 2700 standards 8.1 can be obtained in two ways: the first is a visit to our company, and the second is sending the appropriate documents. Below is a description of this process.
In accordance with the VDI 2700-8.1:2024 standard, the attachment points on the transport platform must not have any damage
(cracks, tears, deformations)
Platforms made outside of POLMAR will be certified by the companies that made the platform, please contact your local manufacturer
The certificate is issued in Polish and German.

You will receive the required accessories along with the certificate
To obtain confirmation of the compliance of a platform or trailer with the VDI standard, you will need:
- A declaration from the vehicle/trailer owner about the technical condition of the platform and two photos confirming the technical condition and one photo of the nameplates with the VIN number visible
- Purchase of retaining beams (4 pcs.) and transport belts (4 pcs.) in our company - the cost of the set is 420 EUR net + shipping costs.
Photos must be taken so that all attachment points are visible (holes in the platform).
This means that the vehicle must be cleared of snow for the photo shoot and there cannot be any vehicle or goods being transported on the platform.
You should also unfasten any seat belts or wheel locks that may cover the attachment points when taking photos. Below you can download a file with an example of the photos taken.
Once these conditions are met, a certificate of compliance of the platform with the standard will be issued.
Plates confirming compliance with the standard will also be provided and must be placed on the platform.
